With the view of improving the stability and structure strength of floating roof system, the Float-Tek Core-welded Honeycomb Type Internal Floating Roof (CWHC) is successfully developed with unique advanced welding technology and patented, which is “upper plate – welded - honeycomb core - welded - bottom plate” method.
Featured with both characteristic of Aluminum alloy material and strength of welding structure, the CWHC offers not just the advantage of traditional full contact type internal floating roof, but also the strong strength. With this advantage, the CWHC panel can be cut / welded/ open holes at site, which makes the installation quicker and shorter. In addition, no requirement of glue/ adhesive between honeycomb core and plates makes the CWHC much more reliable and durable than others.
